There are individual equipment solutions tailored to your specific needs should your requirements go beyond the scope of the complete stand package. CSG will provide each exhibitor with detailed information about the various options, including price lists and order forms, on request. Are there any events in the ISC on public days?
In response to our customers’ request for compactness and efficiency, the ISC will only be open on trade days (May 27 - 29, 2008). Concentrating the event to the first three days of the ILA trade show will allow you to specifically present your products and services to the trade visitors. At the same time, you will be given the opportunity to get informed about the aerospace OEMs’ requirements and purchasing strategies. The International Suppliers Center will be closed on public days and separated from the public area by partition walls. Set-up and dismantling periods
Exhibitors can start set-up at 9.00 a.m. on Monday, May 19, 2008. Assuming that exhibitors usually book the complete stand package, the stands can be conveniently vacated between 7.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. on May 29, 2008. Exhibitors wishing to book a larger display area and to set up their own stand may contact the project management for special arrangements. Do exhibitors and potential customers know where to find me? Is the ISC well signposted?
The ISC is clearly signposted in all entrance areas and on the exhibition site. Numerous signboards show the exact location and the way to the ISC. What does ISC Forum actually mean?
In addition to the traditional ILA conference program, the new ISC Forum offers ISC exhibitors, international OEMs and major first-tier suppliers a platform for giving selected lectures and holding high-ranking panel discussions on current topics.
Numerous OEMs have already confirmed the attendance of high-ranking lecturers and decision-makers from their central purchasing and engineering departments. ISC exhibitors are invited to present their innovations in the Forum in 20-minute slots. The project management will allot the slots on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability. Are there special events in the ISC area of which trade visitors should be informed?
The ISC Forum is the event area of the ISC. Details of these events will be available on the internet in the run-up to ISC as well as on information boards and in program flyers during the trade show. Are ISC exhibitors included on a special mailing list for purchasing officers?
ISC exhibitors also participate in the “Virtual Market Place” of ILA2008. Your listing on the industry-specific platform, which is actively promoted by Messe Berlin, will allow existing customers and also purchasing officers of potential customers to contact you until
March 2010 - 24 hours a day.
